I have found my triggers to my munchie time is my favorite chair and TV time about 8:00 till 9:00, so what I have done is rethink this and said well how can I change this behavior, I go to the gym right from work till 7pm come home, drink a protein shake or small dinner. I have a snack which is what is "allowed" and is fat free. I don't want to undo my exercise what I have just spent over sweating in the gym for over an hour.
