My problem area is at night when I want to eat! Time is between 8=10pm I usually avoid the TV- go to sleep-this is the only way

Hi Angie, I am told that you feel restriction when you obtain your "sweet spot" in your band and you will not feel hungry. You have to keep getting a fill to feel restriction which means you will "feel full". Good luck! I am on my journey awaiting surgery date!
