02/20/2012 Third fill scheduled -- Didn't get fill because I have a vacation planned (rescheduled)

02/29/2012 Third fill Total fill: 8.0cc -- (178lb)

03/21/2012 Fourth fill - 8.5cc -- (170lb)

04/18/2012 Follow up - No fill (169lb)

05/15/2012 5th Fill -9cc (168lb)

06/11/2012 6th Fill - 9.5cc (165lb)

07/02/2012 7th Fill -- 9.7cc (158lb)

08/01/2012 We decided that I did not need a fill. I'm in the zone and losing weight! (151lb)
