This was a Hugh hidden charge for me I had met my out of pocket but insurance said they only pay so much for this soo I had to pay 1400 which is cheap really since I didn't have to anything else. But it was a surpize most people get hit with this bill shocker after surgery. -

I do not understand air in the cardiac chamber when the diaphragm separates that area I would really check into how the band allowed air to get somewhere that the band was not suppose to be??? Look up anatomy the two chambers do not connect? B

I was going to use gall bladder surgery they use the same prceedure in the same areas or clae to anyways but the only use three holes just don't say or show lower cuts sites. It's around the same healing time too. I ended up telling someone that spilled the beans sooo everyone has been ever nice about it not bringing it a lot it so worked out -
I'm a therapist at a nursing home. One my pts came up to slapping my hip saying where did you go! where did you go! She cannt talk Very well but used her hands to make shap of a body and did a thumbs up. So sweet!

Bringing Protein Powder On The Plane?

I carried the powder on the plane just keep it in original container. I also took protein bars with me on the plain. Just no liquid. -
If she works for the dr she cannt tell anyone it is a pt confidentiality she isn't allowed to tell anyone. This doesn't mean she won't but she could loose her job and license if that is the case. It is very serious.

Sounds like you may want appeal with a different dr. I wouldn't trust a dr that didn't have a good team with him. A dr that expects his team to perform well is someone will perform well

I understand what you are saying about eating around and will power being 80% but I have read lots of stories about people not thinking that the band was doing anything and have fluids removed then they see just how much the band was helping. Hang in there you can do this! I too worry about changes in insurance but let's cross that road if and when we need too. You have done so well just keep it up!!

If you want to get mOre bang for your buck as far as protein try premier protein drinks only sold at SAMs or Costco though. 30 hm protein with 160 cals highest protein for for least cals I have found anywhere. Taste like ESA or chocolate milk not chalky also lOw in sugar 1 gm but sweet!

The 6 month diet was the easiest diet I ever went on no pressure I did start trying to add more protein. I used it as a time to test various powders and drinks. Buying samPle packs when possible You don't want to buy a large tub of something you cannt drink. I also started to wean myself from diet cokes.I was an addict ! I lost around 8 lbs in the end but had up and down.wt throughout
