Is This The Right Dress For Me ?

Thats the way the dress is made. Bunches up on the sides. I thought that detail might take focus away from my lower abdomen. Am I wrong? But you are right I HAVE to wear my spandex!!! Thank you so much for the feedback .....

Is This The Right Dress For Me ?

I know what you are saying about the color. My husband did not like the color either. The color of the wedding is turquoise so I was looking for something neutral to blend in. The dress was very inexpensive $20 @ Burlington. (But I still need shoes) I can never find good looking and comfortable shoes. I love to wear high heels but I dont know how to walk with them. Does anyone recommend Dr. Scholls products??? The dress is actually a size 16 and is not tight at all. It might look tight because im not wearing the proper undergarments at the time the pic was taken. Thank you so much for your feedback....I really appreciate it!!!!

Is This The Right Dress For Me ?

I have the same exact one (not wearing it on the pic because I was just trying out dress) So I think with the spandex on I would look even better. Thanks for your comment

    Gallbladder Removal?

You are lucky your surgeon is willing to do all surgeries in one. My surgeon would not do both my surgeries at once. I almost had to cancel my Lapband surgery because I was not willing to pay my $2500 deductible twice. Good Luck to you!!!

    Ahhhhhhh It's Becoming Really Real

Congratulations on the approval!! If you had all the information required to make this decision, why second guess yourself now ?? I considered myself lucky because I learned of this website about a month after surgery and it was only a few months ago that I started reading post, commenting, etc. I only followed my doctors orders and nobody elses. If something goes wrong or there is a complication he should be responsible because I did as I was told. Thats my only advised. There are a lot of different opinions here on how to do things but I suggest just listen to your doctor or you'll go crazy. But nothing to worry about , good luck!

    Gallbladder Removal?

I had mine out 3 weeks before my lapband. I knew I had gallstones and I was afraid of complications during or after my lapband surgery. I was having minor symtoms like feeling nauseus after eating fried egg, minor back pain and having stomach pain more and more frequently. My doctor order an ultrasound and saw a bunch of big stones in my gallbladder and also the common bile ducts were inflammated. It was my decision to take out before I start having pain. Something that influenced my decision was my insurance. I have a $2500 deductible for hospitals and if I waited for later I would have to pay deductible twice. So in 11/18/11 I had my gallbladder removed and 3 weeks later 12/9/11 my lapband by the same doctor.

    Size Goal Instead Off Weight.

I started at a size 18/20/22 (very tight 18) 6 months later I can fit into some 14's but my current size is 16. I can still wear some of my 18's that did not fit before and they're very loose. I don't know what my goal is right now but I would love to shop at a regular clothing store instead of the "plus".

    My Bill

I have BCBS of NJ *** plan. Each plan is different and is the patients responsability to know what is covered and how much is your responsability to pay. Be careful. If your Dr is contracted with your insurance plan, by law he can't bill you the difference between the "Billed Amount" and the "Agree Amount". Drs always bill higher amounts in order to be able to get something close to their actual fee from the insurance companies. For example: Billed amount for office visit : $100 Insurance agree to pay: $40 ***Remaining $60 must be "write off" *** IF no Co-payment or Co-insurance applies.

    High Protein/low Fat Foods...

I'm definitely trying the babybel cheese and tuna. I love tilapia but I've never had salmon. What does it taste like ? Is it like can tuna or sardines ?

Solid Foods But I Want My Protien Shakes

My nutricionist wants me to eat real food that is healthy and can keep me full til my next meal. But like others said sometimes I don't have enough time or don't feel like eating breakfast that's when I reach for a delicious eas low carb strawberry protein shake. Or if by the end of the day I haven't met my 70g goal then I'll have another not to exceed 2 in one day.

  19. I thought I was not eating a lot and I couldn't explain why my weight loss had stopped. I started logging my food at myfitnesspal and I have lost 7pounds in about 2weeks. I could probably do better if it wasn't for my naughty weekends.

    Went To Macys Today And...

I love shopping but so far I've only purchase1 pair of capris that are size 14. I don't plan on being size 14 too long that's why I try to stay away from the stores. I have a few pants that still fit me loosely. That's enough for now...
