I always drink water right up until about 15 minutes before a meal, then always wait for 30 minutes after.

Emilybites Cheeseburger And Lasagna Cupcakes
SleeveDreamer replied to SleeveDreamer's topic in Regular foods (stage 4)
It says 375 for 18-20 minutes. but the first time you make them, watch them. My max is 14 minutes before the wrappers start to get too brown. -
Wow what an incredible loss for 4 1/2 months! Good for you!

Try getting some Lundberg Rice Chips. The Santa Fe Barbque ones are great and rhe sea salt ones taste just like tostitos or doritos. they are so much better for you and very crunchy. Chps usually are s lider food for us which means you can eat roo many without feeling full and they have roo many carbs and roo much fat, so you need ro try to get out of that habit and find an alternative. Pop chips are a good alternative to potato chps too.

8 Months Or More!
SleeveDreamer replied to Lucky Lady 702's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I am 8 1/2 months out and I still cannot hardly get in 1,000 calories a day. I do not have a huge appetite and still can't eat that much. I don't think my stomach has stretched because I don' overeat. I still have a rtd protein drink once a day usually in the afternoon. I do not eat hardly any carbs. i don't want bread, rice, or pasta anymore at all. Although I am at my doctor's goal for me, I still would like to lose about 6 more pounds. Later this month I will see my NUT and have her layout a maintenance plan for me for calories and carbs so I can maintain and stop losing. -
The Oh Yeah bars are the best I have tasted. I only have one every other day or so. They can really throw you off my doctor says so be careful!

How Many Times A Day
SleeveDreamer replied to amusgrave's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
How far out are you? For awhile you should eat every 2-3 hours. When you are farther out,, have three small meals, but have a snack in the morning and one in the afternoon. Don't eat a snack after dinneer, cuz if you eat late, you can get to much acid. -

I have been buying Starbuck's Tall Skinny iced lattes for several months at 3.25 per drink! Yesterday when I went to the Bariatric Advantage place to pick up some Vitamins, she gave me a sample bottle of a product they now sell called ProJoe. This is a bottled latte drink you refrigerate and pour over ice. I had the Magnifico Mocha, but on the product list she gave me, it looks like it also comes in a vanilla or chai. If you roder it from them, THERE IS NEVER ANY SHIPPING on it. Even if you order it with other products, the entire order has free shipping. The price is case of 12 for 35.95, which may sound high, but 12 of the Starbuck's drinks still come to $39.00. And adds 20g to my protein! The bottle is: 9.5 oz. 20g Protein 120 cal 5g carbs 0g fat 3,5g sugar It was really good. I don't think it is available yet on their website, but you can order by phone at 800-898-6888. Like I said, there facility isn't far from me so i went there yesterday and set up and account and got all my vitamins. They are very nice too. YAY!
