Skinny Flavored Syrup Zero Cal Zero Sugar Gluten Free
SleeveDreamer posted a topic in Food and Nutrition
I found this syrup at Home Goods. I bought the vanilla, but they also had hazelnut, almond, and English toffee. It is ZERO calories, ZERO sugar, and GLUTEN FREE syrup for flavoring in drinks, teas, coffee, and lattes. Less than 1 gr carb in 1 oz. serving size. It is called Jordan's Skinny Gourmet Syrup. On the back it says www.skinnymixes.com if you can't find it. I paid 3.99 for the bottle which is 25.4 oz. The bottle is large like a wine bottle. very good and hardly used any in my coffee this morning. -

I tied these yesterday but just made a mess in my pan. Never got to the point that I could even flip them over. Don't know why???

My doctor said at 5' 3" he wanted me at 138. And I have a small frame. I was not happy there and am at 127 now and want to get to at least 124. He said that was fine as long as i am still fine and my bloodwork and everything was on track! -

Flats/Wraps & low carb tortilla help!
SleeveDreamer replied to lilbearzmom's topic in Regular foods (stage 4)
Mission has two kinds of Carb Balance tortillas. One is smaller and is whole wheat and is only 3 gr net carbs and the white one is only 6 gr carbs. My husband can't even tell the difference. I tried the Flatouts and don't like them at all. Even make pizza out of these Mission ones. I usually have the smaller wheat ones, although I prefer the white, but the size of the wheat ones is better. -
My NUT said berries Ok in moderation but not until after 12 weeks (because of the seeds) which is how łong t takes for your staple line to heal.
-
I eat Popchips and Lundberg Rice Chips in moderation. Popcron is also OK. My NUT says popcorn in moderation is very good for us for the fiber. But be careful. these are slider foods!. Goes down easily and don't fill you up since you chew so much with no nutritiional value. No more fries for me. If I go to a Mecican restaurant I may have a chip or two then stop cuz I don't want to feel full before I eat!

I have found the perfect flour tortilla after much looking and tasting!. Mission Carb Balance Flour Tortillas. 120 calories each but only 6 NET carbs per tortilla. They are pefect size for a burrito and are only 1 1/2 oz. each. They taste just like regular flour tortillas and don't taste like cardboard like most of the other low-carb ones I have found.

Also there is a great book called Weight Loss Surgery Cookbook fro Dummies. Great recipes in there. Make sure you get the COOKBOOK and not just the Weight Loss Surgery for Dummies book.

That is not true these days. A lot of fast food places have very healthy selections and are great for us who have been sleeved. You just need to make different choices from the menu than you did before. I don't go to them that iften, cuz I don't work but when I am out and do stop, I always find something great.

Try egg cupcakes the lasagna and cheeseburger won ton cupcakes from emilybites.com and theworldaccordingtoeggface.com You make a dozen or so at a time and heat up in microwave before you leave and wrap in foil and you would be surprised how long they stay hot.

It's funny about cholesterol. I eat eggs and cheese everyday and eat more red meat and shrimp than ever since my surgery ( don't like the taste of chicken much anymore). I am over a year out and my cholesterol is lower than it has ever been!

Also I don't know about you all, but coffee keeps me regular!

Taco Bell Pintos and Cheese or any burrito. Don't eat the tortilla, just open it up and eat the insides. and use for tortilla for a plate. Also Wendy's chili. Do you have to eat fast food? There are so many yummy things you can do for your brown bag lunch!

I eat scrambled or fried over easy everyday in a small amount of ICBINB. (I Can't Believe It's Not Butter). Sometimes I poach but too much trouble. No problems here with me losing. I am just over one year out.
