After a couple of hard days, Im feeling better! I had coffee and a protein shake for breakfast, some drinkable yogurt for a snack. For lunch, I had a cup of V8 diet splash and some sugar free applesauce. Now I am sipping on a shake. I feel completely fine! Running errands after work so Ill be busy but when I get home going to have some beef broth, skim milk and jello! Surgery in 10 days!!
