I had lower back pain and I've heard of others with the problem. It's from the flat operating table. It should subside shortly. Keep taking Tylenol or your pain meds. Where are you sleeping at night? That could be aggrevating matters. Be sure you are real comfortable at night. I slept in my recliner for 3 weeks. It'll get better!

I'm thinking that tonight might be Phil and Chris.....Just don't know what the voters are doing anymore. Phil was great and Jordin was awful. I agree, Melinda was still Melinda. AND I COULDN"T BELIEVE THAT SIMON KISSED LAKEISHA!! I guess he really really really wants her to win!!!! That blew my mind! HE's NEVER been so complimentary to ANYONE!!!!!!!

I had to have an upper GI. Also had a session with nutritionist over the phone and a session with a psychiatrist over the phone. They both sent reports of my need for surgery to Dr. Spivak's office. Rachel took care of putting everything together and sending to my insurance company. Insurance paid after 6 months of monitoring by my doctor which was a waste of time. I just went once a month, got weighed, he wrote a note about how I just can't seem to lose. Finally, after 6 months of this, they approved me. I also turned in a letter of all the million different diets I've done throughout my life.

I was sure confused with the mlssss and ccccccssssss....I'm too old to understand that metric stuff!! I've only had one fill..but I think it was 2.5cc's. I didn't think I had restriction, but all of a sudden...whew.......I'm eating protein first and I can't eat very much!! Imagine that??? I followed the rules and they work!!!

Suzanne...speaking of where we'll be in a year....I think it would be fun for us all to get together and meet in a year. We could bring one article of clothing that we wore right before surgery to show how much we've lost. I wonder where everyone is from?? I'm from Texas. We'd have to pick a place that is centrally located for everyone. We could spend a weekend in a hotel somewhere and have a meeting!!! It would be so much fun!!!

Andrea...I'm adding you to the list!! I used to be a music teacher!! That dancing really got to me after so many years!! I switched to first grade at age 48. Recently retired...YEA!!!! Keep up the good work...you know those children need music!!!

I think the person who started this thread for us changed to a March band date. So that could be the reason for you not being put on the list. I wasn't put on there either...so I did it myself. I put rdbiles and November Lily on the list. I will take over the list if no one else wants to do it. Anyone else out there a February club member and not on the list???

I was glued to the TV and in shock. Seacrest kept saying this was going to be a shocker!!! I couldn't believe it would be Jordin..that was so cruel to do to her. Did you see her crying? That was really mean. WHEW!!!!!!!!!

Bjean...Heather Mills got the boot off of Dancing with the stars. I'm kinda glad...she made me nervous!!! Can;t wait to see who leaves Idol tonight. I"m totally with you Marissa.....I don't want to be fat anymore either and this weight is soooooo slow to drop off. I can't believe how little I eat and still don't see pounds falling off. ....It's amazing to me.

Yeh, they probably won't do "traditional Christian" music....so y'all will be OK!!!! Lots of pop music is considered inspirational....so we'll just have to watch and see!!! Just heard that tonight's Idol will be Inspirational songs. I expect Melinda will do great as she sings alot of Christian music. Lakiesha also sings in church so she may shine tonight, too. Melinda had on a new wig. It made her neck look longer and she looked really good last week. I hope she wears it again tonight!! Can't wait for tonight!!!!
