Here we go again. My scale is a total liar! This morning it was up 2 lbs and 2 hours later the scale went down 2 lbs. WTH. It is not a very good reinforcement to step on the scale anymore. I will do a liquid diet today. I think it's water weight. Humm!

Hey, today is feb 1, 2012 and I am starting my basic bootcamp kickoff with an extension of 8 weeks compared to 4 weeks. I want to give my pancreas and liver a break so it doesn't have to work at spiking my blood sugar levels. I will be following a plan that gives us protein, fat and neutral veggies. I am finding myself needing someone to help keep me on track. I am finding myself eating when I'm not hungry. I am really not having meals anymore, basically I'm snacking all day long....I think this is bc I am trying to do mainence and I'm reverting to old habits. Time to get busy and start structuring my day better.....

I am so excited today, I am at my lowest weight of 140.8 lbs and even if it's a weight fluctuation, I will take it! love it!

I am so frustrated with the fluctuation of my scale. Yesterday it said I weighed 146.3. Today it said I weighed 161.3. WTF! So I went out and bought a new scale at Target! If the scale saids the same as the new one, the new one goes back. I'm not dehydrated either.

I am so stoked. Today I weighed myself and the scale said 144.6 lbs. Yesterday I weighed myself and the same scale reported 161.4. Can I trust this scale, or is alot of my weight water weight?

I am totally amazed right now....This AM I weighed myself and I weighed 148. Had a protein shake, pooped, weighed myself again, and whammo, I weighed in at 137 lbs.....I don't know what to believe now......

I can't believe how my BIL and SIL can be so disrespect to my MIL by rummaging through her stuff! Frustrating! Trying not to have bad thoughts about them.

I can't believe it, I allowed myself to have a little bit of pancake for breakfast after eating my protein and now I am so wanting some sugary foods!!!! So frustrating and scary to see how just a little maple syrup in the AM can trigger such a response....
