Hey, today is feb 1, 2012 and I am starting my basic bootcamp kickoff with an extension of 8 weeks compared to 4 weeks. I want to give my pancreas and liver a break so it doesn't have to work at spiking my blood sugar levels. I will be following a plan that gives us protein, fat and neutral veggies.
