I love the advice that Meg has given you. I think that soup is excellent in all respects. I too can eat way more than I want to be able to eat, but have to watch myself too. Please give the beautiful young lady of yours a giant hug and help her process everything she's been through. Validate her feelings and give her a lot of love. She really needs it right now...... Hang in there! Today is the day you will hold her in your arms......

Hey Coops. This is truly a nightmare for you baby..... There is a really super woman that on here quite often and her user name is Proud Grammy, she live in New York. I talk to her quite often on PM. Is there anyway she can help. Look up ProudGrammy. Maybe she can leave from a different location? Just getting her there might be a dilemma. Just thoughts.

There is a very special person on this site that has provided help as far as getting back on track. This has been a great tool to getting back on track and as soon as monday is here, I will also be cleaning my system out too......Her name is LilMissDiva and she has pinned "The Basic Bootcamp Plan" on this board. If you can't find it, please PM and I will paste and copy the plan to you. It truly does work and it's only for 5 days.

It's really hard when your on the brink of a relationship separation. Does he love you and do you love him? Have you both sought out marital counseling. You are both having a lot of changes going on in your lives, new business, buying property, getting surgery, having arguements. You have 5 beautiful kids that need both their parents. They also need a healthy mom too. The surgery improves your physical health as well as your psychological health. Do you have relatives that can help give you support and help at least in the beginning. I imagine your Husband is also scared of losing you to but doesn't have to words to tell you. Take a bit of a break and sit down with him and have a heart to heart discussion. Take it 1 step at a time. You are worth it....

Yep, Candy is evil! So evil! Gotta get away from the sugary stuff! I bought to much and made my husband take it to work. Forgot about the CALDRON we used to pass out the candy though. Will have my son put it in his room........No more candy for us.....

I wouldn't give up. You might have a little bigger bougie size, but it's not that much of a difference. Are you taking a PPI (nexium, omezraloze)? Acid in your stomach does mimick hunger. Also, measure your foods in small portions sizes and about 30 minutes after eating, start drinking a lot of water. You stomach is still healing. I know it's really frustrating and confusing as to what happened to your restriction. My surgeon wants us to take a bite, chew really good, and 10 minutes later, take another bite. See if that helps. You can do this and please let us know what your doctor saids. Be the squeaky wheel!

This is so horrible, I wish I was closer to NY so I could help her. It is so horrible to be so far away from your baby, especially when she really needs you! Hope she can leave soon. I am thankful that she made it through that hurricane. She is truly blessed. I will have you both in my prayer.

I got totally freaked out when my collar bone became pronounced. Also was a little freaked out when I could see my veins in my forehead.....

If it's on your right side, it could be gallstones.... In that case they will remove it during your surgery for the sleeve....

Toyaboo22: don't give up.... We do have stalls but we keep going. We switch up what we're eating, increase our exercise, etc. You can do this? Whenwas your surgery?

Is this challenge just for November sleevers?

It is something to be concerned about, but it's also the best sleep you will have. We are all worried about this but that's why they do such an extensive testing before the surgery. They don't want your death on their hands ether...... Hang in ther and remember the end result is amazing and helps with a healthier life too.

I'm not sure what I'm going to strive for here. I am going to work on eating healthy with very little carbs and increasing my exercise to 4 times a week.
