SICK, STILL SICK, CONTINUE TO BE SICK...SERIOUSLY AM I THE ONLY PERSON ON HERE WHO HAS BEEN SICK ALMOST THE ENTIRE TIME SINCE GETTING SLEEVED?
Ms skinniness replied to skinnyplze's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
A bougie is the guide the surgeon uses to cut the stomach out with. The 32 is the size of a small pen. ;P -
Something to keep in mind
Ms skinniness replied to NtvTxn's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
As I read literature from wl professionals I have to remind myself that it probably doesn't apply to me. I have a different stomach size and my metabolism had changed. So I am researching how Lipton hormones affects fat burning. If I eat many carbs I hold on to weight So I love my new lifestyle. -

There is no failures with this procedure if you do the work. You have won your battle with the insurance company and u will lose ur excess weight. Just think how beautiful and sexy you will look! -
I only bought cloths that fit. I do have a few tops that are too big so I just layer my clothing.

So u had a BMI of 35. U had ur procedure done in Mexico. I know that dr Garcia uses 32 bougie which is a small time and sometimes it takes longer to heal. Make sure u get in your fluid intake and protein shakes as much as possible. I concur with taking a PPI for stomach acid. U are still early out and these symptoms of nausea might stop. Let us know what ur doc says. -

how to reset your metabolism with excersize and food?
Ms skinniness replied to leeann71's topic in Fitness & Exercise
Laura it is shocking to hear the bad news of a friend that was healthier 2 weeks before. My cousin had the same thing. Going to options class for the sleeve and then 4 rumors and 3 weeks later we had to pull the plug. it was hard to not be able to turn to food. I did keep myself busy. -
Well 5 bites of food isn't enough to get your metabolism going. Increase your calories to about 1000 and go back to basics for about 5 days. BTW what do you eat ? Portion sizes etc?

When we're old...
Ms skinniness replied to danelle235's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Proud Grammy would never be disrespectful to anyone on here. She is being light hearted and kindling. What she is saying is that at such a young age the OP is having a lot of anxiety about this issue. I work on staying in the present moment all the time. When I focus on the future I miss out in today. -
Well... The Truth Finally Came Out!

It's too bad your hubby can't just be supportive and stop trying to sabotage your diet. I was very lucky to have a supportive husband. Right before the surgeon came in I told my husband and son that I wanted to run and he told me to just do it. Never talked about it and then he pushed me to talk to my beautiful niece who has diabetes that is totally out of control to have this surgery. That really rocked my boat. He love's my body even with the saggy boobs and no butt. LOL -
But I Do Wanna Be A Size 6
Ms skinniness replied to Texarkolina's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I confess, I really want to get to a comfortable size S in tops and now that I'm in a size 6 pants I want to be a size 4. But last night when my elbow bumped by hip bone, it really hurt. LOL I love your honestness and all of us concur rather we realize it or not. Thanks for this post. -
