    I range between 600 calories on poor days and 900 on good days. I'm on solid foods now. About you?

  4. I've noticed that some days I can eat more than other days. Yesterday, I ate quite a bit of food. Other days, I don't eat that much. I haven't noticed a correlation with BM's though.

    Yes I agree. You might not be loosing weight since Dec. Are you eating carbs. I'm doing a diet where I keep my carbs at 5 carbs every 5 hours for 8 weeks. Then I will go to the next step. Try getting "The Metabolism Miracle." It makes alot of sense. Keep it simple, protein, protein, protein, veggies, and lots of water. Switch your exercise routine. You can do this and you will loose some more weight! Go girl! You can do this! :banane58:

    Vitamin Deficiencies

    Ummm, I was taking Vitamin D3 before surgery and I still take it after my surgery. I have a hard time with iron supplements due to issues with constipation. But I still take them. I take multivitamins, Vitamin B complex, biotin 10.000mcg, silica, and vitamin b12. If I forget, then I have really low energy. Oh, and I take calcium too...

  15. Actually, your not totally healed yet. At 6 months you will be totally healed. Try to not eat dry meats. And especially salads, they can be really dry. Chew, Chew, and Chew and take it slow. There's no need to rush.

  18. The macaroni had too much sugar and fat in there. That was your stomach telling you NO don't eat that stuff. Protein first, always.
  19. I knew at 2 months out that I could only eat about 4.5 bites of food. That is dense protein.

    Omg! Worst Day!

    Good job! I just experienced an anger spot too. I did want to eat, eat, eat, and I did eat some sugar free See's Candy Peanut Brittle. Then I logged it into my fitness pal and was totally shocked by the hugh amount of calories. Wow I learned my lesson! You did good choosing cottage cheese, I'm so proud of you.
