Ate 4Oz Piece Of Fish.. Only Took 2 Hours!
Ms skinniness replied to firstday's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I drink protein drinks from Costco called Premier High Protein Chocolate. It has 30 gms of protein and tastes pretty good. That helps me get my protein in. -
I realize that this way of eating is for the rest of our life. Wow, I am so fearful that I will give into all the carbs later out and gain back my weight. This has kept me from getting rid of all the cloths in the closet that is too big.

I'm Bored And All I Can Think Of Is Eating...
Ms skinniness replied to DebiC's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Debi ~ I like your insight. Now what can you do instead of eating? I love taco's! They are my absolute favorite, especially when I make them. I can't imagine that I will be able to stop at 1. But will have too. It will be very painful to watch my family chow down. OMG! I don't know if I could handle this. You did a great job! So proud of you! Keep Rockin that Sleeve! -
That is fantastic! keep it up! Your weight is going to just fall off if you keep it up!

"you're Fat (And That's The Cause Of All Your Problems)"
Ms skinniness replied to Flagstaffian's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
When you finally get your VSG the weight is going to just fall off. It's like a miracle! Dr's don't always have good bedside manners. This lady is one that needed some feed back on jumping the gun and making assumptions. Of course, you know that your weight contributes to health issues, but you don't need her to tell you that. Next time, stop them when they start talking because your time is very valuable, not only that, she made you feel really small, embarrassed and humiliated. Stand up and be heard. -

Freshly Sleeved...with Lots Of Questions.
Ms skinniness replied to SicChl's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
Trying eating less and make sure the food is really pureeded. This is your sleeve telling you to be gentle with it. Your stomach is swollen and healing itself still and you are adjusting to a new way of eating. Eat your food really slow. You are doing fine. Start walking around the house, office, street, and more and more each day. -
Crunch Crunch...
Ms skinniness replied to dominique's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Frustrating I know. But picture her putting lard in her mouth and crunching it! Because that is what she is doing. Pat your self on the back and remind yourself how good your doing and that you love your new body too much to harm it that way. -
Scared To Step On The Scale!
Ms skinniness replied to Pammie's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Have you taken measurements? If not, then take some measurements ASAP as a baseline. In stalls, our bodies are typically going down in inches. -
I love that too. I really was quite surprised when my dress pants got baggy the same day I was wearing them.
