You will get there to onederland! It is a process your body is going through right now. Your body is taking a break from the hard work it's done shedding those unwanted pounds. You are doing great and have lost a lot of weight. Maybe you can switch up your exercise routine, eat more then eat less. Your body is accustomed to your habits of eating right now, so fool it buy switching it up. You can do this! Great job with 62 lbs. -

Coops ~ my water intake has been really good until yesterday, I didn't get in as much as I had hoped. Today is a new day and I will continue to drink water. I really don't like water so I add 1/2 G2 to it for flavor. Now I'm also adding mio drops to my water. I'm feeling a little better but need to keep drinking, I feel tired with some shortness of breath. Will contact my PCP. Keep Rocking that Sleeve! Oh I have an urge to go wake up my daughter to go out to breakfast, even though I can only eat a few bites. I just like to eat out. It's so wasteful though. LOL  -
Another Freaking Gain Grrrrrr
Ms skinniness replied to rodswife's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I noticed that I started fluctuating on a daily basis. I would go up in weight and I would go down. It's our body adjusting and hanging on to fluids. It will go down. This is a great time to stop weighing yourself on a daily basis. I weigh myself one time a week, I don't want to see my weight go up and down because it frustrates me. This will pass and you will loose a lot more weight. -
Can't Stop Eating
Ms skinniness replied to kristine34's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
This is an anniversary of the loss of a child which is the hardest time to endure. What you have been doing is emotional eating without being mindful. Now that you are aware of it, you can make the necessary corrections now. Like Kdippy stated, put your vitamins out so you see them along with your protein shakes. Make sure you are more mindful of the present moment and what kinds of foods you are putting in your beautiful shrinking body. After all you need the highest quality of fuel to make it through the next week. Keep refocusing food intake to protein first, veggies, and little starches. -
I was told that if I take anything that's an NSAID like aleve, it can cause stomach ulcers. So that's off my list forever. You might talk with your doc about it.

Omg! This Is Frustrating....
Ms skinniness replied to NisaletOAM's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Actually, I really don't care what people think or do. They will tire of checking your food soon and will forget about it. In a way, this can keep you on tract and accountable in a way. It could be highly advantageous for you. -

Sexyslim ~ I am so sorry for your loss. I know that your Dad is very proud of you and is with you everyday. It is a blessing that he is no longer in pain and his spirit has been released from his shell. May God bless you and remember, he is so PROUD of you! P>S> He sees everything going on with you. He only seen the skinny person before.

Riding In A Car..
Ms skinniness replied to MirandaK's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I'd really be concerned about blood clot factor. Sitting for long periods of time would be a killer for your legs. You would need to get out and walk every hour as a preventative measure. If I were you, It would stress me out too much. -

I have lost 70 lbs and although I'm not double skin, I have a lot of wrinkles there. A ton actually. But it's better than a double chin so I'm not complaining.

Those Who Have An Overweight Spouse
Ms skinniness replied to peacequeen's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Actually, it's funny this came up. I have been discussing and sharing with my hubby how his portions of food are influencing his blood sugar. He's diabetic and his blood sugar has been way out of control. So I have changed the plates that we use to dine on. I was using salad plates which did decrease how much we put on it, but now I've told him that he is going to use the same desert size plate that I use. Yep...... he's been down sized. I know that he will adjust, but for now, he is willing to use it and not complain. If he does, well, he can self soothe himself, because after all, his blood sugar was 126 this AM compared to 240 a couple days ago. So happy for us. -
Thank God I hate coffee. I don't have to worry about up chucking from coffee.

Need Stall Help
Ms skinniness replied to AliveAgain's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
It may be time to switch it up. Meaning varying your calories on a daily basis. Some days higher, and some days lower. I love your water intake, it's really good. You may need to do different routines when exercising. Switch everything up and that will help with getting out of a stall. You might check out LilMissDiva's The Basic Bootcamp Diet. It helped me loose 3 ounces the past 4 days. -
Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! Let's party! One of us has reached goal and I am so excited. I hope to be there one day soon. I'm excited about losing 3 ounces.

Can this be paranoia at it's finest? Why is there so much energy focusing on this topic? I will not waste my energy even considering this. This is enough. Let's try to enjoy every day that we have without worrying about something that might never happen.
