Does Anyone Know *why* Ba Vitamins...
Ms skinniness replied to Carly's topic in Protein, Vitamins, and Supplements
I don't take ba vita. I use the regular form but make sure they are small capsules or caplets. I'm 7.5 post op and have no complications from vitamin deficiency. When early out I used pudding or yogurt to help slide them down. -

I had a really vivid dream about a month ago that there were lumps of hair falling out in my left hand from the left side of my head. I was telling my hair dresser and the lady sitting in the chair told me that someone in my extended family was going to die. My FIL passed away within a month. So sad.

Each and every case for wls is different. To get a more accurate answer to your question, it is best to consult with a wl surgeon. That is his/her scope of practice and they have the best answers. If you go on youtube.com and I believe it is Dr alvarez from Mexico that is open to questions and he will get back with you. I like his videos bc they are very informative.

Pre-Op Hydrocodone....will This Cause Liver Trouble?
Ms skinniness replied to boots321's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
The only thing I've heard about VSG being hard on the liver is if you have a fatty liver and the possibility of the fatty liver getting nicked during the surgery. If the doc's not concerned about hydrocodone and you are still some what anxious, check with another doc and ask for his professional opinion. Especially the pain doc that prescribes the meds. -

Sleevers In Maintenance…..
Ms skinniness replied to FishingNurse's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I am not at my personal goal yet, but am with my Surgeon's goal. I do admire how you have reached your goal and also am worried about myself being at goal and letting my guard down, and then the weight gain begins. So for me, I suspect I will always have to watch what I'm eating. I'm also going to weight myself 2 times a week at least. I am curious to know how others are with maintenance. Sleeve of Steel, you have done a great job and CONGRATS! You are very successful and will continue to be successful with maintenance. -
