Ms skinniness replied to Nikki613's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I told everyone. My best friend did not like it and two others told me I wasn't "that big." who were they trying to kid? This surgery is all about me and I share my truth with everyone. Management are just people and after all is done, it is forgotten. Snotty ppl can go straight to hell and hug the devil as far as I'm concerned. Congrats to all is VSG's! We rule ! -

Questions For Successful Sleevers
Ms skinniness replied to Futureskinnyperson's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
My experience is like fox ins. I am pretty close to goal (5 lbs) and eat more than 4 months ago. I look at the times I don't lose as plateaus also. If I eat healthy and appropriate portion sizes, I will do fabulously. If I eat crap, I will gain weight back. It is sole logic. -
What's Happening? (Lbs Vs. Size)
Ms skinniness replied to goldenraisin214's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
This is also seething I have experienced also. Ppl are telling me i getting tiny yet I haven't lost weight according to my scale. I'm learning to just go with the flow. -
I had a piece of fried chicken and it tasted really good and went down fine. I have no urges for it again though. I really stay away from fried foods now and french fries just taste greasy to me. Potatoes turn to surgar anyways. Besides, I knew that I had to give up fried foods when I made a choice to have my surgery and I am totally embracing my decision. Feels so good to follow through.

Help! Soda During Pre-Op Liquid?
Ms skinniness replied to Shape_Shifter's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I wouldn't drink the carbonated diet drinks from here on out. It's time to cut the cafeine so you have one less things to deal with. I have been a diet soda addict for years and stopped drinking them pre-opt (2 months in) due to the diet soda contributing to my hunger. No regrets, won't even take a sip now either! Did have to turn down a root beer float I was craving because of the carbonation and so happy I did. -

Whats Wrong With Me?
Ms skinniness replied to Almostthere34's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
When was the time you lost 20 lbs before surgery? It will happen and BTW, you really can't throw the towel in because the procedure is not reversible. So sit back, put the scale in the trash (LOL) and enjoy the ride. Focus on creating healthier eating habits with exercise. This is a life change. Measure your body and watch the inches disappear. You are doing great! -

Gonna Get To Goal. Wanna Join Me?
Ms skinniness replied to coops's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Coops: Thank you so much. I pretty much am at goal I guess, I just have a lot of excess skin folds around the belly and sides that makes me think I have more weight to lose. I really want to lose just a couple more pounds where my bounce doesn't go above 145lbs. By right now, I weighted 148.9 lbs today. I really can't picture any fat rolls on your back side either. Maybe that's the same as my front rolls. Yep that would bug! You will get there my friend. Today I am focusing on just being me. Funeral stuff is over, and family is behind me (meaning in-laws). It is kind of sad though. -

I Messed Up! :(
Ms skinniness replied to BentleyJade's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
This might be a good time to call your surgeon's office. They have a doctor on call that can help you. You are not the only one that gets tempted. So don't be embarrassed. It's a learning lesson. Ask you doc if you can drink some water 30 minute after. -
I Am So Lost On Post Op Diet. Please Help.
Ms skinniness replied to JentryB2020's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I was eating pureed foods, yogurts, sf pudding, sf jello, anything that was soft. I at chicken soup broth also. That stage also lasted about 3 weeks.
