thats gotta make things worse. i have a twin sister and she doesnt have weight problems. i was always so jealous of her cause she would get dates and eat anything she wanted and not gain! alex, my dad doesnt really support me, so i support your decision in not wanting to tell your friend. i think people need to learn more about wls. i use to think it was an easy way out, but my mind has changed

i use to log my food, but not anymore. i guess its the wiling to log my food in! but if it has helped you, im going to try it out

For sure! It would help me out too. I'll admit, I was so scared before I went into surgery. I had no idea what i was getting into. Its nice to know what to expect before you go into it. Do you think you'll tell your friend once you get the surgery? Congratulaions! Yes I am banded. I got my band in September. Is your brother and parents supportive of you when you guys talk about it? I talk to my doctor alot about support and i go to a counselor, and it has helped. I would definitley talk to yours if I were you! How come you havent told your best friend?

Got banded in september 25, it was the greatest birthday present ever! I lost 63lbs but unfortunatley gained back 10. Ive been eating a lot of fast food lately but im getting back to healthy foods slowly. Anyway i think some support and any advice would be great! I'd loce to help anyone out as well!

I would love some support! Just like Jane, my willpower is weak. I've had my band for 5 months and have lost 50lbs. Ive been feeling depressed and eating nonstop. Congrats to you for your success!

Thanks New2011, how much more weight do you want to lose? Congrats on losing 75lbs! What kind of working out do you do? I want my doctor to fill my band more, but kinda nervous to ask him too. He fills it up by 1 every visit.

Soo I thought I was strong enough to do this on my own Wrong! A little bit about me, Im 20 year old lady and single. Ive lost 45lbs so far, and looking to lose at least 83lbs more.
