I'm too scared to go out and enjoy some sport activities, i fear people will laugh at me because im too fat!! does anyone else feel the same, i think its really unfair that people laugh at us just because we are fat and they think we cant participate too... helllppp tom

Hi everyone, Im new to the forum and i would like to introduce myself to the forum. i want to lose weight, well actually its time i actually lose weight, im too overweight and i find i really diifficult to do most of the things slim people can do like put my shoes on. I was hoping you could guide me and help me overcome my problems and advice me on what to do. it would be very much appreciated. I hate being so fattt!!! Hope you can help me in losing weight and advice me on what to do. thanks tom
