Isn't it amazing you can feel better when you are older? 40-50 were much better than lousy period of bad weight and bad husband of 30's. so happy ❤???‰

Love blurred lines. (No remix)." Happy" from despicable me now latest Sheryl crow. Always looking for kick ass music. Even "can't touch this". MC. "Super freak" Rick James. I get tired of the same songs so I'm open to other stuff
Ps I'm almost 60 so some of the Red book magazine best work out songs were a Big No thanks

I agree that people don't pay much attention to what YOU eat. So long as you don't advertise your food ,surgery, weight loss etc. you would be surprised. I kept saying. I work out a lot (true) I'm really trying. (Almost always true) my stomach is fussy (really true). Often not saying anything was best

you lose weight "everywhere" that's true. That being said when I hit 100 lb I'm getting a brazilian bikini wax...I have been too embarrassed because of being fat LOLGo for it with the wax. I think anything you can do to give to yourself is a treat.

My doc says liquid. Yogurt type good for 2 days.it often helps but is hard to live with dilation. Especially. On a very long term. Any others have helpful hints?.

There was a lifetime movie along the same lines. It was called "To Be Fat Like Me". Our society has a long way to go' date=' when it comes to passing judgement on people who are different, and/or do not share the same struggles.
About
Pretty, popular, athletic 17-year-old Aly is on the fast track to college when an accident blows out her knee and any chance for an athletic scholarship. A documentary contest, and her mother's constant struggle with weight, gives her the idea to go undercover at high school wearing a "fat suit" and hidden camera to prove that personality can outshine physical difference. Aly has always been slim and confident, so she is totally unprepared for the reality of how the world treats a "fat" girl, and she begins to understand how intolerant she has been of her own mother's experience.[/quote']
Lots of us do understand the dynamics of being treated differently when overweight. Hope the I unevolved get that too!

I beleve there is some bias against obese people. I think there is a feeling of "you did this to yourself' date=' you deal with the issues you created." An obese person with a cane.... gee, their weight MUST have caused the issue. A normal weight person on a cane... it could have been a sports injury, not your fault, here let me help you![/quote']I totally agree with America's being biased. Don't know how others change. But slowly. Hoping evolved people realize that being overweight is not what most people wanted when they envisioned their future life.

To tell.
And congrats on your success.!! A bakery would be hard for some of us to work in. (And smell) you worked hard. And continue to do so.

It is personal to tell or not. Isn't it? People do notice if you have lost a considerable amount. Sometimes I Reply "I had a lot of help". Most don't query further.
Close friends know. I've stayed close to the same weight range for over 6 yrs so I don't feel needy about discussing it. I think that happens more at the beginning of the journey

Agreed how can you be the best wife or mother if your unhealthy' date=' unhappy and unfit? Surely if you can be the best YOU you can be the best wife and mother you can be.....[/quote']It is a hard balance for the family. And. ME time seems ya gotta put your self first at least half of the tome

Good luck. It is hard to figure out who to tell. You can always reveal later. But can't take it back. Watch out for people who gossip is the only thing I'm careful of. 6+ years and lots don't know for me

I just went in and had another de fill and I have a follow up appointment on Monday. If nothing is better then they will move up my appointment. Right now I feel much better - I have been able to drink Water easily and eat small amounts of food. The nurse does feel it is a slip and has said they will probably do surgery to adjust it. I really hope I can get back to where I was before all of this - 2 months ago I was loosing weight' date=' eating well and had no complications. The band was working perfectly.[/quote']
Hope you can get back to where you want to be soon. Scary when the band is acting up. Hoping for no surgery
