Went for TT consult Monday. Very excited. AppArently this roll over my pants is not going away. I eat right. Exercise. 7 years. And still it hangs Date of march 10. He says 3 weeks out. I've heard of 6 week recovery also. Big step for this widow. Recover mostly alone altho my gal pals will help shop drive etc Kinda scary yet empowering new stuff for 2015⌛️

iI've had mine since dec06. Doc says it is good for life when I saw him 2 wks ago. And yeah. She is a fickle bi@ch. keeps me FROM REGAINING Happy about the head chatter way less than before too. Thinking TNT tuck since it seems time. That flab is not going anywhere it appears!!!!

But moms are programmed to worry. I Just surrounded mine with love and light. I tried this when he went to Brazil ....really looked forward to texts and face time⏰worried A lot Marie. Lots of crisis with elder parents ...seem very stressful... My Dad has been bed bound for almost 5 years and new problems happen Guess life has its own issues. I certainly tried ....thanks Mom for taking me to get diet pills at 11. Prob 8-10 lbs overweight. That is all she knew and image meant a lot to her Sigh Fast forward to 2006. Been on Ww, Horse urine (bizarre), liquid only medifast, keep going. I could lose a bit. But NEVER STAYED OFF. That is my issue with the million $ diet industry that does not work or we would all be thin after a few attempts. Huh? This works for YEARS for me. No fighting with my mind and hunger. What a relief????????????

HurrAh. Another successful bander over 10 years. Apparently some older bands didn't hold up well. My doc says my type can stay as long as I wish. Over 8 years no prob but pbing. Mostly my fault when I think I need late snack. Not binge. Just nothing late works well but protein drinks. Oh well

Being self pay got me in/out very quick. All good. Blood tests. One nutritional class after. ( not enough) I would do it again In a ❤️beat. Good luck

Ps. I go to group personal trainer. Split up it is reasonable and I have to go because IT COSTS ME MONey AND I AM WORTH IT. Going on 8 years with her and my group. People often don't show and I do some personal classes when I have money

Good luck!!! It can be a long road but I think totally works. Weight doesn't come back. That is the best I think
