    Since I am still on my liquid diet, I believe I will stay home and simply cook for the family (my house) . I don't have it in my to go out to the family dinner where there will be thousands of temptations--cakes and pies oh my! This has got to get better.

    I had my surgery on Thursday and I haven't had anything to eat since 11/16 (day before). I drink water, eat jello and protein shakes. What else can I do? I am starving!

    Thank you guys. I have to plan my meals better. I work 12 hour shifts, so by the time my shift is winding down, I'm starving. I will take a shake to work with me tomorrow and have it around 7 and push my breakfast back so they are 8 hours apart instead of 16.

    Don't be scared. I had my surgery last Thursday 11/17 and went home the same day. I have not had any major problems. I have been hungry when frustrated other than that, I was grocery shopping on Friday and at work yesterday. I have already lost 10 pounds.
