Good information I will try this sometime. I need to get on the right page in measuring my food. -
You are not in this alone. We all face these challenges in which we can overcome. Shopping for some items for Thanksgiving dinner today was very hard. I use to be the one cooking for days putting out trays and trays of food. This is for sure different. But the reward is to come.

Crystalapril11 commented on ♥LovetheNewMe♥'s blog entry in LovetheNewMe's Blog
Very nice great information. I had my surgery on 5/10/11. I feel I am at the stage of figuring out how to consume protein daily. It's a challenge right now but hope to get it all figured out soon. I am always a taker for any idea's. Thanks! -
It has its ups and downs but worth the effort. I have 3 kids two are teenagers. Needless to say they only want to eat the things I buy for my diet needs. Then when I get enough for them they don't want it and complain that they only have healthy stuff. My teenage daughter is one the biggest challenge. My sister doesn't help either making things I can not have at all. Then she tries to serve them to me insisting I try it. So I totally hear where you are coming from. We can do this though! Crystal
