The protein shakes that are 30grm from costco aren't bad also the designer whey from trader joes or online is ok too. Much better then the 10 other I've tried.

Never mind that's the same practice my current doc is from. I asked to see another doc thinking I could switch since I am uncomfortable.Got told no even after explaining my concerns to the nurse. It was different before my slip last Aug and since my husband isn't going together anymore. Thanks anyway. -

I'll share with you I'm a stress eater and my husband had his surgery 2weeks before mine. I was on my all liquid required diet for 1 week with 2 more to go . The night of his surgery I stopped at Popeyes and ate. I felt soooo guilty and boy did I pay the price that night. I was soooooo sick in the middle of the night. -

No worries you have not ruined anything. If the salad went down well you are fine start to listen to your band and you'll get to know your limits. The tuna was a great choice for protein. -
