aweomse!!!!!! I cannot wait untill im in onederland my surgery was 1 month after yours (dec 23rd) I am at 42 lbs right now and its creeping up on me )) im so excited.... congrats again ) Ami

well i was trying to find some ac/dc on itunes but i cannot find it i like dance music really anything to get me moving LOL... Footloose is my power song LOL Ami

my doctor told me 1200 but i dont lose any weight at 1200 calories so i have been doing between 800 and 1000 plus i walk 35 mins a day. I find that i lose weight there, but everyone is diffrent so you just have to find your sweet spot!!! Ami

I had my surgery on dec 23rd and from the pre diet until my first fill which was feb 1st i lost 30lbs. This whole past month i have not lost a single pound. When he did my first fill he said i had 3.5 cc in a 10cc band and he will not put more in for 6 weeks. I hate being discouraged since this is about the time i would "give up" doing it on my own. I know that i just need to be patient and wait for my fills. I guess i just needed to vent LOL.. Thanks for listening!! Ami

i ate alot of soups (cream of anything) and yougurt (danon light and fit) and suger free Jello. At walmart i get the body fortress whey Protein. Good Luck Ami

Im in the same boat as you. Im trying not to get discourged we have to keep on keeping on ) It has to happen soon!! I went to the doc today and he said i was doing great!! He gave me a .5cc fill and im hoping that helps some to. I am also going to start keeping track of what i eat every day so that i can go back and make sure im not overeating!!! Hope you start seeing results soon Ami

I got a .5 cc fill today and im hoping for some restriction but the Water went down fine. i have heard you can get some swelling from a fill that is why my doc says liquads for 2 days and mushy on the 3rd!! Hope this helps Ami

He gave me .5 cc today, which im kindof confused bc he said i had 2.5 and added .5 which would mean i have 3cc but i could have sworn last time he said i had 3.5... i dont know LOL oh well all i know is i got a little more so hopefully this helps a little. I have set a pretty high goal for the next 6 weeks (my next appt is april 11th) I want to be under 200 when i go that is only about 17 lbs... sooo good luck to me LOL Kathleen I did feel a little restriction before this fill but i def couldnt eat like i used to. But for this month my goal is to make sure im eating the right way even if im hungry and if i am hungry and its not time to eat i will drink Water... like i said i have set a pretty high goal for myself but i have been on this plateau for a month now so i think i can do it!!! so i broke down today and called my dietian asked her what she thought i was doing wrong.. BUT she got me an appt tomorrow to get a fill ) Now hopefully this helps. Liquads next 2 days ) YUMMMM Ami

its hard to give up bc i know i cannot eat like i used to since some stuff gets stuck plus my hubby would kill me after paying for the surgery LOL... I do have a dietician i always forget i can call her!!! Thanks for the advice
