Well doctor is paid for now...12 days until my life changes for the better. I told another friend today and she asked me how much did I want to lose, I told her I want to get to 170 pounds, she said she sees me getting smaller than that, I laughed....I havent been under 200 pounds much less 170 pounds before in my adult life, and I've lost and found 100 pounds twice...now I'm thinking about the unknown...how will I look at 170??
