As much as I have enjoyed the smells, food and and fellowship of the season, I have to admit that I am ready to get back to normal life. All of the extra sweets and casseroles have tempted me..... I was able to have small bites of a few things and as happy as that made me, I know that in the year to come, I will have to resist and make better choices. I am only 5 days post op.. (12/20) and it amazes me that I have been able to eat any thing! I hope the holiday has been as good to you as...
