It is time for a new me.
I have lived overweight for a long time now. It has caused me health issues. Now I am ready to live free. Free rom health issues and free from the weight.
My moment of truth was when I bought a camera and took a picture of myself. That is when I knew I had to do something. That was my moment of truth with the way I looked.
My moment of truth, medical wise, was when I had blood test and ALL my numbers were sky high. Only my blood pressure was ok. That scared me more than anything else.
