Well I feel as though I kinda fell off the band wagon yesterday and some today I ate more than I should of and I had a "snack" before bed I never even thought about it I just did it and after I felt horrible I had. It wasnt a really bad one it was 2 cheese slices and 8 crackers made into little sandwiches. Tonight I BBQed steak and had only my 3 oz, had 1/4 cup of beats and a half a cup of KD that my kid was having. Then and hour later I had 3 choc eggs and a half piece of toast folde...
