I have not had surgery at this time. I'm hoping to just read as much as I can n to learn as much as possible so I can be mentally n pyhically ready for what ever this surgery has to throw at me. I was not to happy when the doctor told me that I would be better off with this surgery but the more I read n the more people talk to me about this I'm felling much better then i was at my first doctors appointment. My heart was set on getting the gastric bypass. So as time has went on I'm very pleased that I'm able to have the lap band instead.
