There will always be times when that scale will not move. I always look at how far I've come and take it one day at a time. Don't let anyone tell you there won't be setbacks because there will. Remember it is not always about the scale.

Don't give up. It has taken me a month to break a plateau and start lossing again. It took me 15mos to lose 94lbs. I have always had it in my mind its not about how much weight I have lost It is being able to keep it off. I have gotten out of weighing myself every day so now I only weigh 3 times a week. It is the baby steps we take that will make us all a sucess. good luck and keep up the good work

It's not how fast you loss the weight. I look at it as I keep off the weight and that is what I strive for. Keeping off what I have lost and losing more. The weight did not come onto our bodies overnight and it will not disappear overnight Just keep on doing what you are doing and don't give up
