Banded in Bear Lake

I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I finally after serious thought and consideration over 2 years or better (and finally obtaining insurance) I made the decision to have the band. I chose the band because I felt it was a more controlled weight loss then the RNY and the Sleeve. I wanted to have more control over my weight loss (and gain)
I am a little over two months out and have not really lost any weight. At my last visit I actually gained a pound. I am discouraged.  I have been drinkning the shakes, eating meat and vegetables, the only thing I am lacking is the exercise, I am still not motivated that way.
