Take Sis to go get her meds and grocery shop. Women's Ministry meeting tonight, we are meetingat "Zio's". Has anyone tried that "Ped Egg" yet?? Tracy, I'm sitting here waiting for the "Nair" on my legs to do it's work and I wanted to tell you, HUUUURRRRAAAAYYY for you. Go for it Girl. For a long time my hubby was after me to quit my job. He saw what is was doing to my mental state. The problem was that it had to be MY decision, not his. One day at work there was the stupidiest thing that my boss did that brought to lite that time was passing me by and I was wasting my time on them when I should be home with my family. My only regret about the whole thing was that I didn't do it earlier. I am such a happier, satisfied person and my famliy loves me more for it. GO FOR IT. Ok, got to go rinse the legs. BY

Well, the day is finally here. I go to the Doc's at 2pm today and I'm afraid it ain't going to be a good one. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I will have lost at least a couple of pounds. Hope, Hope, Hope. I just hate to disappoint Doc. My last two appointments went really well but this time I just didn't play by the band-rules. I over ate, I ate the wrong stuff, yadda, yadda, yadda. One thing I did do right was exercise. So I have that in my favor. Disappointing myself is one thing but disappointing Doc and my Hubby is something else. They both have such high hopes for me and I just hate seeing the look on their faces when I don't have a good weigh-in. I'm not going to get on myself real hard. I'm still losing and I'm very proud about that. It's just that I didn't do good this time. Maybe I need to look into the journaling in Word. Just wish I had the computer on when I get these thoughts in my head. I try to mentaly remember them to write later but by that time I can't remember what I was thinking about. Maybe one of those little pocket recorders would come in handy??? Everyone have a great day and I'll pop in later and let you know how my appointment went. Hugs to all.

I have no idea what was in the water today but all day I had a peech inspediment. Know what I mean????? BIL asked me what the hubby was doing out in the back yard and I told him he was putting down the "tea and flick" killer. I kept doing stuff like that all day long.

Kat, congrats on the NSV. How awesome that must have felt. We spend more time out on our deck than in the house. I know the neighbors must hate it that we are out there all the time, but now that we have a fence up they don't have to worry about it anymore. Several years ago Hubby and I were on our way to the Lake when we ran across a little Amish furniture place. We ended up buy a glider that is divided in the middle by a little table. We thought that would work better than sitting side by side. Now I can rock all I want and have my glass of ice tea. Speaking of ice tea, I made my first batch of Sun Tea today. It's delicious. Love the stuff. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Terri, Love the pic of your family. You and your husband make a handsome couple. Another nothing day. We will be cutting grass here pretty soonthan probably sit out on the deck the rest of the day. We did go to a graduation party yesterday. Enjoyed it and saw some cousins we hadn't seen in a while. Got lots of compliments. Church is having a vendor sale and I ended up buying 2 baby blankets for a cousin that just had a little girl. I had fun shopping. Everyone have a great day.

Good Morning V I O L E T S.............. Today is my morning to work than we have a graduation party to go to. It's supposed to be a little on the muggy side today. Sure wish I had a pool to be in but one of the good news is that the guys decided to finish the fence last night, so that is all done. Well, I feel left out. I don't have one of those thingy's in my bedside drawer. Good thing I have a man in the house. Everyone have a great day.

Hubby and I have decided to not turn our AC on till July. So can I come and stay with someone till than???? I'm neat and clean and the bonus is you don't have to feed me. Any takers??????????????

Hey Lunasa, I see you lurking there. Hope all is well with you.

Now I know why I'm the one with the blonde hair. Hubby got me a real nice expensive camera for Christmas several years ago. I use it all the time. Well, here lately I have had to use my sisters camera because mine quit. I recharged the battery and all but it still wouldn't work. I went back to the store to see if they could fix it and they said it would have to be sent to the main headquarters for them to look at and see what was wrong with it. So I kept putting it off. Hubby got on me last night about getting the camera fixed and I said I hated to send it. I wanted to find a new battery to see if thta was the problem. So off to Radio Shack I go. Sure enough, all it needed was a new battery. 8 months and that is all it needed..... DUHHHHHH. While I was at Radio Shack I guess I should have bought some batteries and sent them to Jane???????? The rest of our fencing material came today so I guess that's what we will be doing this weekend. Still no pool installer, and they are calling for more storms next week. Yikes Have a great evening.

Up and was taking a shower when I heard thunder. We have a little storm going thru right now. Than it's supposed to be hot and muggy today. Yuck. Not much going on here. kinda like it that way.
