I need a "Judy" fix.

Wow Jane. I didn't realize that you were struggling that bad. I knew you were struggling, just didn't realize you had all those demons floating around. I wish I had magical words for you. As you know I have been at the same weight for over 4 months now. I too have been battleing. I eventually started seeing a psyhc Doc. I'm not sure how much of a help he has been. One thing he did have me doing was writing down all that I was eating. I told him as he looks at my charts that it doesn't show all the BLT's that I have a day. Bites, Licks, Tastes. Those are the things that can add up to about 400 calories a day. So, now I know how much I eat a day. What do I do about it. He never has gotten to that point. But one thing that has really helped me along is this "Reboot" Camp thing that I have been going thru. This woman has really showed me mistakes I have been making and how to correct them to get the maximum benefit out of a workout. Since starting her class I have lost 6 pounds. I'm hoping this is my kick in the butt. Hang in there and just keep doing the best you can.

Had a ton of running around to do this morning and than came home and watched Michelle. It was very fuzzy but I got to see you and Mickey. What a cute little segment but I see how you could be disappointed. I have a few things to do around here and than get ready to do our shift at the hospital. Hope Judy and Bob are still having a good time. Can't wait for her to get back and tell us all about it. Jane, I'm feeling fine. Once the pain stopped the other day, I've been ok. The tape is the worst part of it all. Taking the tape off and cleaning the stitches.

Wow, Carson's on his way. Almost. Up from my nap. It felt kinda good. Now the antibiotics are causing my tummy to feel uckkkky. Hubby's having fun cleaning the stitches. He said there is a big bruise all the way around it. The swelling in the eyelids is still there, just not as bad.

Morning Girls. I slept awful last night. I woke up around 2am and didn't go back to sleep till almost 4am. Than the alarm goes off at 4:30. Dragged my butt out of bed and I can't even get in the shower to wake myself up. Well, atleast I only have to work just a few hours. Than I can come home and take a nap. I didn't get a fill yesterday because I was at that border-line weight loss. We decided to see how it keeps going. He asked me about going to look for food when I was hungry. I told him it wasn't that, it was going to go look for food just to be looking for food. All in the mind. I play those little tricks with myself. So one thing that I have done is to get rid of all the snaky stuff and refuse to buy and bring it into the house. That way when I go looking, it's not here. Home from the Doc's. You know having the polyp removed was a breeze. Never felt a thing. There's about 6 stitches. So I asked him about removing some skin tags from around my eyelids. OK, good thing Judy isn't around. SOAB. Damn. Fu%#ing ouch. SH&t to Hell. That hurt like a mother. He froze them off. OMG. He told me as I was laying there that most people quit, that they can't tolerate it. He called me "A brave Girl". Said I was really tough. I left the room and as soon as I partially saw Hubby I started crying. The girl at the desk was all worried about me. I said I was fine, that I was trying to get over the pain of having my eyelids ripped apart by Freddy Kruger. I'm home now and feeling a whole lot better. I'm even getting ready to go into work for a little while. I called my boss and told her I would be ok to work, just that I look like I went 3 rounds with Ali. I'll be home in about 3 hours. Pam, Saying my prayers. That poor family. Michelle, I have my DVR set to record and I can't wait to see you on TV. Kat, sounds like everything is going to work out really good for you at your job. I know Rick will fall into a routine with it, he just needs time. My Hubby is like that. On my days that I am so busy I will come home and find the dishes done or the sweeper run with out me telling him. And yes you did get it right about it being a pain in the A#%. I'm worried about sitting down. The stitches will be right at the panty line on the back of my leg. Don't worry, it's nothing more than a Polyp. I've had it for a really long time and decided with swimsuit season coming up that I would have it removed. Doc said all looks good. It's just that I would accidentaly pull on it when ever I would go to the bathroom. That is where the antibiotics will come into effect. He's afraid wilth me going to the bathroom that it might get infected. And he is also going to remove a few skin tags that I have. I'm not worried about any of it, just want to get it done and overwith. Sorry about all the info. TracyK, Hubby and I joined a fitness center. Anytime Fitness. Google them and see if you have one in your area. For both of us it's $38.50. The Y was charging $47.50 for just Hubby. Off to start my day. I will check in after the Doc appointment later today. Stopping in while I have a minute. Work was long a hard today. Really busy. Came home and picked up hubby so we could go over and sign the papers for the new fitness center. Got home in time to grab a little snack and headed off to Doc's appointment. It went really well and we decided to not have a fill. I'll see how it goes for awhile. Now I'm resting for a few before I head off to my boot camp. Haydee, welcome back.

Dinner is eaten and dishes are done. Now I'm just finishing catching up on "Friday Night Lights", love that show. Coach Taylor is a hottie. I'll be headed off to bed soon. Checkin in again. Snow is shoveled, no windows open here. Just fixed me a salad and now hubby and I are watching a movie called "Rogue". The Ham and Beans are in the pot cooking and I'll fix some corn bread for them. Dinner will be good tonight.

Just finished getting caught up on all my recorded episodes of Desperate Housewives. Poor Edie. Now off to go do some housework.

Janie. too funny. The grocery stores here were macked out Friday. Crazy. I also think the weathermen and the grocery store owners have a bond. We got alot of snow but should be gone by mid afternoon. Hopefully it will be a lazy day here also. Great, Great, Great concert last night. I highly recommend going if you ever get the chance. We had the best time and the girl next to me and I danced the night away. My throat is kinda sore and my hands are too. But totally worth it. Took a water pill this morning. I have an appointment tomorrow with the Band Doc. Hopefully I will post a little weight loss. And I'm hoping I get a fill. I'll let you guys know later tomorrow night what happens. During intermission last night I just happen to grab my phone and lo and behold there was a text message. Judy is too funny. During her special time for her and the Bobster she thought of us. That was so sweet. I hope they have the time of there lives. And I'm hoping that TracyK has a great time. She's been so down lately. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she has a great time and that the get away was all that was needed to get her out of her funk. Everyone have a great day. I'm thinking warm tropical thoughts but they are still calling for 2-4 inches of snow today. Today is our big day. Hubby and I are going to go see the "EAGLES". I'm so excited. Can't hardly wait. Headed to work here pretty soon. It's not my scheduled day but the girl working today asked me to open the store for her. She has to take her daughter somewhere and will be late getting in. Back from working out and now drinking a protein shake. The guy was really impressed with our knowledge, he basically just watched us and had a few critiques for us. Otherwise we were on our own. We worked out for about 45 minutes. It felt good. I now have my workout to do tonight. This is my fourth week of a six week routine. I love going to this lady that is working us. She is wonderful and I will miss her alot. I'm hoping in the fall to be able to take her class again. She pushes us but with a loving touch. She apologizes for yelling at us, but we tell her we need it. That's why we sighned up for this, someone to push us the way we need to be pushed. Bye Judy and Bob. Bon Voyage. Laura, tonight at the hospital I went down to the birthing center to see if they had anything for pick up. Well, they had a circumcision kit for pick-up. Made me think of Carson. Got my houseowrk done and we drove to the sears store to order a part for the grill. They will ship it to us. Hey, I need you guys to keep your fingers crossed. We have tickets for "The Eagles" Concert. They are now calling for 3-6 inches of heavy snow. We are hoping that it will hold off till Sunday but right now it's not looking good. Judy, with everything going on I know it's hard to not be worried, but do try to go with a light heart and have a great time. Ok, now I'm getting excited. Carson's coming soon.

Morning, I woke up all achy, trying to decide whether to take something for it or not. She really worked us out last night. Kat, congrats on making the decision to go back to work.
