Hey, watching DWTS. Not sure who I want to win. Did really good on my eating till I got home from work. I popped up some popcorn. It was Lite popcorn but I added some melted butter to it. Oh my. Busy day ahead of me tomorrow. I work in the morning than have to go drop payroll off at the south store. I have a Doc appointment with the Kidney Doc and than I have to go get graduation cards. I'm hoping to get some plants still. than our shift at the hospital. Pammie, incase I haven't said it before. I am so proud of you. I am in awe of you also. Congratulations

The pool is vaccumed, we will turn the heater on tomorrow. Should be ready by the weekend. Off to work I go. Check in later. And I am doing most excellent on my eating today. Hurray for me.

Yup, I've been to a Rodeo also. I like them alot. I think I'm gonna head to the nursery and pick out flowers. I need to get my planters ready for the weekend. I can't believe Memorial Day is this weekend. yikes, it came up fast. We should finish up on the pool today. Need to get the heater going on it. Sorry for all the headaches today, hope you get to feeling better. It's CTCD so make good choices. Besides Laura, who doesn't have a T-Shirt yet?

OK, Now that was funny. Love it. Judy, we are almost ready getting the pool ready. We need to back flush, put chemicals in and put the stairs in. Oh, and start heating the water. Should deffinately be ready by Friday. Michelle, I remember going to PTA meetings and sitting in the back waiting. There was some real drama back then. I guess something never change. Hello. Hubby and I went to Bob's last night and we had a great time. It was weird though, not having Kathy there. I kept expecting her to walk in any moment. We left about 10:30. I took a muscle relaxer at 11pm last night and slept till 10am. Guess I needed it. Hubby was wanting to get yard work done, so within 1/2 an hour of getting up I was dressed and mowing. Uck. We got a lot done. It is absolutely beautiful outside and we spent most of it out there. We listened to the ballgame and I piddled in the backyard. We cooked some hot dogs on the grill and I played with the cats. We just enjoyed it all. Hubby is going to start the grill here soon. I have some kabobs I want to cook up. I'll finish the laundry and than start getting ready for bed. Terry, sounds like you need that time. Hang in there. I'm keeping you and your family in my prayers. Have a great one.

Home from Church. Hubby and I are getting ready to go over to Bob's to play cards and chill. Sure wish Kathy was going to be there. I miss her alot. Tomorrow is cut the grass day here. It needs it too. I also bought some kabobs for the grill and some peppers.Can't hardly wait. Everyone have a great evening.

Movie was great, we really enjoyed it. Came home and had no internet so I decided to go ahead and get the carpets cleaned. I started doing that and the skies got all dark. Just north of us is getting hit bad. Hope Tracy is ok. Laura, I love the pics.

Hubby and I are off to go see "Star Trek". Michelle, Have a blast and don't over due the choco-thing. When you get done there can you go take care of Pammie's house? And TracyKS and I live about a 1 1/2 hour drive from each other. She's right over the state line from me and Janie is on the other side of the state from me. About a 4 hour drive. Janie, Yup, my birthday is June 24th. Same as Judy's. The concert is the 29th. (I think) in Chicago. I need to contact Bob and ask him more details but I think Darrell and I are going to drive up on Friday, spend the night and tour Chicago and than leave early Sunday morning. If all goes well. Sister hasn't been told yet but hopefully my other sis can step in for me. We'll see. Airfare for us was going to be over $400 and Amtrak was $100 cheaper but both ways we would be without a car. I just got new tires so we are set. Pammie, I'm sending Michelle over to clean your house. (Isn't that nice of me to do?). You are going to make one cute little graduate. Have a great day.

Sausage cups. 1 lb. Sausage crumbled cooked and drained. 1 cup of Ranch dressing 1 cup schredded cheddar cheese Mix all together and place by Tablespoon full into Phyllo cup and bake for about 5-7 minutes. Variations: You can use any flavor sausage, spicy is good. You can also use lite dressing or any other flavor. And you can also use any flavor of cheese. The combinations are limitless. You can also use Wonton wrappers, just bake them before putting filling in and than bake them again. Just watch for burning on the edges.

Hubby and I are up and he decided that after yesterday that we are not going to the gym today. So I'm gonna get dressed and go to the grocery store. They have watermelons on sale. I think when I get back that it will be shampoo the carpets time. I had a real good eating day yesterday. I hope I can keep this up. I also did really good on drinking my water, but it helped being outside in the sun all day. This morning you can now tell I'm sunburned. It never dawned on me to put sunscreen on, duh. We are home from mowing. I finally got to take a shower, boy was I a stinker. And sunburned. Ouch. TracyKS, great job on the ice cream. Keep it up.

Hi, getting ready to go do our shift at the hospital. My nephew came over and he took us to go get the part for the pool. I'm so glad we didn't have to order it. We got home and I put a pizza in the oven for us. I had one slice, and not even the whole thing. That's it. I'm not pushing it. So here is my albeit not a model-bandster diet for today so far. 1/2 apple fritter from Wal-Mart 1 string cheese (WW) 1 (almost) slice of pepperoni pizza. Now to work on the water part of this. I've got 50oz's in already. Michelle, I love all the post. I've missed it so much. Now if we only had Kat with us. Kat, Hugs to you. Judy, With any luck, we will be swimming next weekend. Home from work, a garage sale and Wal-Mart. I need a nap now. Terry, Hugs to you and your family. I wish I knew what else to do to make it better. I think we are off to the pool company. Need to pick up a part that broke off. The installer tightend everything down so tight. If we get that part then we can get things going and hopefully be swimming by next weekend. Hurrah!!!! Make it a good day. And I'm not telling anybody my weight and that's that. Until I feel comfortable telling it.

I wanna go swimming. I love Aerosmith. And I think Adam rocks. I'm just tired of his screeching. He's no Steven Tyler, but he is talented. Up and getting ready for my early shift. My throat is all yucky. I ate late last night and about 2am I woke up with bile in my throat. I know better than to eat past 7pm. I need to give myself time for my food to get down before I lay down in bed. It always backs up. I had to get up and go take a rolaid. They are calling for storms today. I hope we don't get to much rain. Tomorrow is our day to cut the grass at our Church. It takes hubby and I about 6 hours to get it all done. Yesterday when I was taking my sister all around, she told me she had been talking to a friend of hers and the friend said that she has asked her several times about my weight. She wants to know what my starting weight was. Well, I don't think it's any of her business. I didn't tell her that though. I just never told her what it was. Only 4 people know. The WW lady, my 2 docs and me. That's it. Not even hubby knows what my top weight was. I don't know if I will ever confess that. Maybe some day I will, I'm just not ready to admit it. I'm back. Airport is about an hour drive from here. I was gonna drop her off but decided to go in. It was a good thing I did. Very confusing, this new system of check-in. Also, she had one bag and they charged her $15.00 for it. WTF? I thought 1 was free. Anyway, she should be touching down in New Orleans right about now. I finished my shower and ped-egged my feetsies. Now I have to goet dressed to take sis to her Doc appointment. Than I have to work this afternoon. Yesterday I got a fill and I can really tell on this one. Wow. I'm still working on my 32oz cup of tea from Conoco. Sure is slow going down. Hubby and I talked again about the Gastro and he reminded me to go to the web-site and see all the complaining they do and that will remind me that I did the right thing. I did do the right thing and even better, I met all of you. TracyKS, I have missed you so much. No matter what you have going on in your life or how much you weigh, you are a part of us and we rely on you. Speaking of weight, really, do we look like the kind of people that care?
