Thanks for all the prayers. I had a long talk with God again last night and told him that once again I was putting it in his hands. I was going to let him decide what was going to happen and that I would accept his wish but that I couldn't deal with worrying about it. I have too much going on in my life to have to worry about my health. He gets full control again. He hasn't let me down yet. I'll be going to bed early tonight to see if I can get caught up on my sleep. Tomorrow is a busy day for me. I have to work in the morning and work at church in the afternoon. In between them I have a little running around to do.

Michelle, I do counted cross stitch on linen and I love it. Right now I have a wedding picture that I am doing for the wedding we are going to in Sept. I'm just mad at myself that I didn't get started when I bought it several months ago. So now I'm on crunch time. It will probably have at least 100 hours in it by the time I'm done and I will still need to get it framed. My Aunt made one for my hubby and I almost 28 years ago and it's been hanging in my living room ever since. But I really wish I could either crochet or knit. That's what I would really like to do. I've attempted several times. I guess if I would really put some time into it I might get the hang of it. We are getting ready to start the grill and cook some burgers. I also have some corn on the cob I will fix to go along with it. It turned out to be a lovely day here but they are calling for rain the next few days. I'm never going to get my pool opened.:w00t:

I'm Back. Sorry about that. They called about an hour ago and said my lap-top was ready. When I got there I asked her if they new what file the worm had attached itself too. She said it was in over 100 files. She said it really inbedded itself. Pretty tough cookie to crack but they got it done. So she gave me a website of some Malware to download and said that that should take care of it ever happening again. I went thru withdrawls while my computer was gone. I sure did get a lot of housework done though. So I need to welcome 2 new people. So glad that you guys finally joined us. I'm almost positive you will be happy here and satisfied. Anyone else want to join???? I was banded in October of 06. To date I have lost 197 pounds. Occasionaly I have gained back a few pounds but for the most part it has been a losing trip for me. I still have along ways to go and will eventually make it. But if I never lost another pound I would be happy with were I am at. It is a daily struggle with me and wanting to eat what I shouldn't. It is weird how tha bad food goes down but easily but the foods I should be eating will get stuck. Life is strange. Kat, so sad to hear about your MIL. I will be keeping her in my prayers. I will also say a prayer for the rest of the family for all that you guys will be going thru. Tracy, I have never heard of the book but do let us know if you find any good insight. We can always use a boost. Michelle, I'm a winter person also. Actually Fall is my favorite but I love a good snow. Right now we are getting a lot of rain which is making me mad. We are trying to get the pool opened and it's hard to do with all the rain. I can't wait to see the Grad pics. We've already gotten 4 grad notices. I need to get to the store for some cards. So last week I went and had the MRI done. Well, yesterday they called from my regular Doc's office and said that I needed to go see a Neurosurgeon as soon as I can. So I called the Doc's office that ordered the test and girl that answered the phone said that I would have to call another docs office, that they couldn't help me. I told her I needed to see the orthopedic doc so he could tell me exactly what was in the MRI. She put me on hold and the next thing I know the Doc's right hand nurse was on the phone telling me that I was not to get scared or nervous but the MRI showed that I had a cyst pressing on my spine at the L4-L5 area of my lower spine. That is what is causing all the pain. She said that I needed to get into see the Doc and that she would make the appointment for Thursday because the spine specialist is in the office on that day also. She said she was going to tag team me with both Docs. So I go on the 27th. to see them. That was the earliest she could get me in, she said in the mean time that I am not to worry about anything and to keep myself calm. If I felt like I needed to see the Doc before then that I should call her and she would try real hard to get me in. I'm thinking about calling and getting a prescript of Vicodin or a bottle of tequila. lol. So last night was not a good sleeping night for me. I tossed alot and slept about 40 minutes at a time till the alarm went off. My first question that ran thru my head was- can this cyst burst and do some damage before I get in? And where the heck are these cyst coming from? That makes 2 in my right lung and now one on my spine. Not sure I want to go have a mammogram done. Once again, Welcome to Angela and CWTBT. I'm in on the NO sugar thing. We can do this. Home from the gym and I did exactly what the Doc told me not to do. Actually he didn't want me on the treadmill but said if I didn't elevate it that would be ok. So I walked for 1/2 mile on a flat treadmill. But than I got on the bike and before I knew it I had rode 2 miles. That's a first for me. I'm feeling pretty good, less impact on my joints. Now it's shower time and than out the door. Busy day ahead of me. Has anyone heard from Suzy in awhile? I hope they are all doing good and getting along. Make it a good one guys.

Snow?????? Yikes. We're gonna start getting the pool ready this weekend. Don't need no snow here. Kat, wouldn't it be nice if we could all be like Marie? I strive to be a person like that also. Michelle, that is so funny about the yarn and your son. I've seen boys wearing all different kinds of colors. It must be a sign of the times. They don't worry about it. If I'm not on here for a day or 2 I need to take my computer in to have this Trojan removed. My BIL and I have worked on it all day. It has attached it's self to something and we are not able to find it, no matter what program we try or anything we do. So I think it's best just to let the big guys handle this one. They don't charge much for virus removals. I'll let you guys know when I hear from either Docs. Still haven't heard from the Band Doc on when my surgery will be. I have an appointment with him next monday so maybe we can get it settled then. Now we need to figure out what is wrong with the hip and knee. Boy, I hate getting old. LOL.

Now I know how people can feel claustrophobic when they get an MRI. Holy cow that is tight. Right in your face. I just kept repeating to myself, "keep your eyes closed". I survived the 20 minutes that it took but I was hurting pretty bad by the time I was done. My hip and knee hated that. But it is done and they said the Doc should have everything by tomorrow morning. I'm hoping they find something and that it isn't all in my mind. Came home and hubby had already mowed the yard. He's so sweet. It needed to be done, they are calling for rain the next 3 days. Hope everyone is having a great day.

Tracy, You find that MoJo yet?? Hope so. Home for about 30 minutes and then headed back out for a little while. Doc wants a MRI on my right hip to see what is causing all the pain. Then when I get home it's mowing time. Got to get it done while it is not raining. It's supposed to start raining again in the morning. It is cold here. A little better than yesterday but still cool. Make it a good one.

Thanks Cindy. I'll see how it goes in the morning when I start it up again. I'm just not wanting to take it in. Normally I have been able to delete these things. This time it's really hiding from me. I'm off to bed now. I hope everyone had a great day.

I feel so guilty, I actually went in and took a 45 minute nap. It felt so good and I so wanted to stay there. It's raining like crazy out and just feels like a snuggle day. Movie and popcorn????

Good Morning Michelle.

I tried to get on theis morning and something that I opened yesterday has thrown a trojan into my computer. It took forever to get logged on and I was fianlly able to run my scan and get rid of it that way. However I'm sure the next time I start my computer it will happen again. I need to find what file it is on and get rid of it that way. Ughhh. Really surprised that I was able to get up and out of bed this morning. I even worked out. But now I'm home and am sure the stiffness will set in soo. It's cold and dreary here today so that won't help any. Tracy. I had a bad week last week with the eating. I hate when I do that to myself. Next Monday I have an appointment with my band Doc so the rest of this week I am on my best behavior. My last job I had I loved my work. They hired me without even seeing me first. I never got any grief from the people in the main office that hired me. It was more with the peple that I worked with. Most were very kind about my weight but there were a few that were awful. They fianlly saw the struggle I had with it an were a little better after that. But I know what you mean about them saying they are not predjudice but really deep down inside they are. Kat. Maybe if we all call this person out that they will either leave or join us. I have made several attempt to get this person to correspond with me. Nothing. Don't like the stalking business. Looks like I'm gonna grab a blanket and curl up for a little while. See ya all later.

We still need to see about putting the tree in. It would sit about 4 feet to the right of the edge of the corner piece. Right now I don't think I can get hubby to do one more thing. LOL.

Oh Jenn, so good to hear from you and to know that you are doing great. Take good care and check in when you have time. Michelle. glad to hear you are feeling better. I didn't have a relapse from my last bout. So far I'm feeling fine from it. We have been super busy. Lots of yardwork and visiting. The party we went to is a yearly thing. The saturday before Mother's day. My cousin Matt smokes up a ton of meats and it is up to us to bring everything else. It was all yummy. Someone made one of those crockpot cakes. I have never tried it. Boy, it sure was good. We had such a good time. Iv'e enclosed some pics. One is my younger sis and her hubby. The other is my hubby. Today we worked out in the yard again.We went over to the new housing addition and dug up a truck load of dirt to use as a fill in. We stacked the rock in the corner, filled it with dirt and then topped it off with rainbow rock. We finally got it done. We went to the local nursery and bought 1/2 ton of rock and shoveled like crazy. We are both exhausted. There is also a spot along the back of the house that we wanted to get done and filled in. We ran a little short on the rock but by this time we were done. I'll go back to the nursery in the next day or two and buy more rock. Now it's rest time. I took a shower and fixed us each a sandwich. Looks like it moght be an early night for us. [ATTACH][/ATTACH]

Oh My, it's supposed to get down to 38 degrees tonight. Good thing the electric blanket is still on the bed. Michelle, could be that you did pick up a bug. It's been on the news here that there is a bug going around. I think I had a touch of it last weekend. Lasted about 3 days. Hope you guys get to feeling better soon. Potato salad is made. Cupcakes are made and I have a bag of Doritos. All's we have to do in the morning is pasck the cooler with drinks and then we are off. Don't know when we will be home, shouldn't be too late.

Michelle, Did they check your blood sugars? I'm sure they did but just wondering.

Good Morning. Tracy, I love my treadmill. I use it during the winter time. I find a movie that is just starting and turn it on. Light the fireplace and then walk away. When I'm done walking I get on the couch and snuggle with the kitties and finish watching the movie. This is all in the apartment but since sis and BIL have moved in I haven't used it in over 2 years. I miss it alot. There are all kinds of walking trails around here. Sometimes we go over to the middle school and just walk the track. I used to get up at 4am to go walking before hubby left for work. It's cooler and that way I always had someone to call if I needed help. Keep working at it, you'll find when and where is best for you. Kat, the lady 2 houses down has about 5 lilac bushes along here fence line. Every now and then we get a wiff of them. Oh they smell so lovely. That sucks that you have a reaction to them. I really feel sorry for people that have allergies like that. I love being outside alot. I love the smell of fresh mowed grass. I wonder how Suzy is doing with her Foster Girl. Hope they are still getting along. Michelle, How scary that must have been for not only you but for your family. I wonder what did cause it. Glad to hear you are feeling a little better. Not working today but I have lots to do. We have a busy weekend ahead of us and I need to get food ready for all of it. Places to go and people to see. I'll check in later.

Kat, that guy was a jerk. And how sad that his wife has put up with him for that long. Tracy, Do you have sidewalks there? That is where I do most of my walking. Home and very tired. The Doc has ordered an MRI and X-Rays. I have an appointment for next Tuesday at the hospital for that. Till then he doesn't want me doing any squats or uphill walking. He higly recommends swimming, both hubby and I laughed. Told him that we will be opening it next weekend. Hubby just came out and told me I don't need to go to the gym in the morning, he's so sweet. But I will go anyway. I'll juust do what the Doc wants me to do.

Morning Girls. Tracy, do you want to go to my Doc appointment with me? I went to my regular Doc and he sent me on to the Orthopedic Doc to see what the issue is with my hip. It kills me in bed at night and has also prevented me from doing my walking. I hope I am able to explain it to him so that he understands. But it sure does feel like bone-bone. Maybe I have a bone spur. My appointment is at 11am. Last night at work a call came in for a Body Bag delivery. Can you believe that no one wanted to go get it and take it to the floor. They asked me and were surprized when I said I would take it. They looked at me like I had lost my mind. I had no issue with it. Now had they asked me to help them fill it I would have had an issue with that. All worked out and I never even seen the body while I was there. Very busy day here today. It's our Family monthly breakfast, than the Doc's, than I work my shift and leave right after for my Women'sministry meeting. It'll be around 9pm by the time I get home. I'll be pooped. The last 3 days have not been real good eating days for me. I need to get my head back in the game again. Have a great day.

Tracy, don't close down that restaurant till after we visit this Sept. You and me and Margi, Oh Yea. Last night before I went to bed I decided since I had done so much yardwork that I would take a Vicodin, ok so I took 2. Not that I slept any better but I was feeling good when I hit the gym. Yup, you guessed it, I had to reign myself in on the treadmill and bike. I really worked it out and had to remind myself that I better no over do it or I'll pay for it also. Poor Jenn, I hope she is taking care of herself. But I'm glad to know that she is doing good and is working.

A couple of times yesterday I had problems getting on LBT. Hubby and I are off to the gym. I need to get this soreness worked out of the back of my legs and hips. But the backyard is starting to look good, lol.

Hey Girls. I am one tired sore person today. Went to work and then to Wal-Mart. Did my shopping and got home. Hubby and I went out in back and did some looking around trying to figure out where to start our landscaping. So hubby drove the truck into the backyard and the work began. We unloaded all of the rock and got it placed. Good thing I watch all of those DIY shows, really came in handy on how to place the rocks. Everything is looking good but we still have a little ways yet to go. I need to get to the nursery and pick up some stuff. When I'm done I'll post pics. We didn't go to the nursery because I am very sore and know that I way over did it with the rock hauling. So it will wait. I have an appointment with the Orthopedic Doc on Thursday and wanted to be able to walk into his office, lol. Think I'll fix tacos for dinner tonight and have our Cinco De Mayo today. We work at the hospital tomorrow and will be at the mercy of their food. Not sure they will do the mexican food thing. I can eat mexican food anytime.

Docs office just called and she said that she submitted the hernia repair and it came back that I needed a referral. Our insurance is an HMO but I have never had to have one before. So she is going to call them and find out what the deal is. She said it might be tomorrow before she gets back with me. I won't have a problem getting my Doc to fax the paperwork over, I just need to know if I need to have him do it. Crazy insurance company, since the first of the year we have had several problems like this with them.

Thanks for the input. I fulling intend to do my best ot not let him in my house. There have been things that he has said that just creep me out and I don't want him making a mental picture of my home for future use. I am so afraid that she is going to be seriously hurt by this guy, not physically. Her son is 17 years old and he's not even friends with this guy but he is never home so he sees it as ok for this guy to be around as a companion and protector for his mom. She has told me that his mom doesn't like her, she thinks she is corrupting her son, really??? I'd prefer to stay out of the whole thing but the little 11 year old girl is who I worry about. I'm afraid that she is getting the wrong impression about how adults should act. Beautiful day here today. We need to mow but are going to wait till around 1pm to let the grass dry out a little more. Than we can pull the truck around the back and unload the rocks. So looking forward to it. LOL. Congrats on the scale staying the same Tracy. You are right to claim it. The Docs office called and asked my husband to tell me to call back and I did. The werein the room with a patient so I left a voicemail for them to call me back. I hope they have info on my surgery for me. Need to get my tummy to feeling better again. Check in soon.
