I am a breast cancer survivor of 4 years. During my chemo, I gained 30 pounds and packed on 40 pounds more since then. Initially I was just happy to be alive and enjoying life and food in general. Thus the weight gain. I can not get my appetite under control. I have tried a variety of weight loss stratogies....all have failed. I am 50 years old and I need to get this under control. I lost my job after 18 years and I am currently attending nursing school. I am going to be on my feet alot and really need to get this weight off. My biggest obstacle right now is the lack of support from my husband. I really need him to be on board. This struggle will be hard enough on it's own and will be even harder if I don't have his support. I will keep working on that end of it.
