I am 10 days post op and am down 17 pounds. I was down 17 pounds 4 days after surgery and have not lost anyhting since. so frustrating. I was doing well until yesterday when cravings hit like craze. I couldn't get my mind off food. Even though I was full, I would slowly eat soft foods just to be eating. I feel terrible this a.m., but I discouraged. Any advice?

I am 10 days post-op and down 17. Having good days and bad days. I am a mother who has lost and gained the same weight over and over in my life. I am ready to do it for the last time.
