Second and third week post-op only 3lbs weight loss.

My starting weight was 324 lbs. The first week post-op i lost 21lbs. But the last two weeks i have only dropped 3lbs which is starting to concern me. I have eating under 1500 calories a day. I have been working out hard the last week and the weight but the results are not showing? -
