Thank you for sharing, I do need to watch my calories, I woke up this morning just thinking about that ....I tend to eat reg everything , but stary away from fried foods and that just isn't enough...thanks, I will try a food journal...and see where I can change! -

Your post has been so helpfull for me....I'm loving it...I know I don't exercise enough, but I will work on that. Maybe another fill will help me too...I'll keep the faith...I still am glad I'm maintaining and not just gaining daily like I used to!! thank you -

I've only lost 30 lbs in 6 months and am getting a little discouraged. Has anyone else experienced a slow weight loss and have you been successful getting more off? I feel Im in the green zone...I just want to think this can be done...I have 130 lbs to go!!! thanks for any support..

I've been trying to find my green zone, still swallowing big vitamin pills with 8.75 cc in 14 cc band! Not sure what green feels like, can anyone elaberate? -
I'm discoraged, not sure what I should be feeling, have 8.75 cc in a 14 cc band and still swalling pills whole....what am I supposed to feel right now...
