I had my surgery yesterday
.. Just a lot of soreness. I walked every 15-30 min. it help and felt better to be up. going to lay down now enjoy your day everyone. -

Day 6 of pre-op was awesome. I'm so proud of myself. 32hr until my surgery I'm so excited. Time sure do fly bye when your on the pre-op diet lol.. Goodnight everyone. I pray joy feel y'all heart..

Today is day 4 of pre-op diet its getting better!! no headache, or hungry pain. I'm down 5lbs go me
.. 3 more days to go. -
Day 3 of pre-op diet was good. I did have a lightheadache that came and went through out the day. But over all my day was great!!

Cheri, that was so encouraging and honest. I will be banded on November 30. It felt great to read your thread. It has motivate me to go head on.. I won't be defeated this season.. I'm on my journey for a reason & I plan on finishing this race on top!! Thank you and have a bless evening... -
