Finally 168 I lost 4 pds last w3eek after 3-4 week stall now went up 3 down to 168 ! now if I can just get down to 159 I will hit the moon! -

I am in the same boat I did loose 3 pds and am 169 finally but jumps 3 pds so frustrating was at the stall 3-4 weeks just upped protein and worked it I am afraid to look tomorrow :9 you guys are fantastic minimommy your great ! -

I try to go everyday it just even if I am on treadmill 25 min it makes me feel good..And I have protein shakes recovery shake from the gym they sell @ Walmart 52 grams in one shake I started 2 weeks after surgery walking thats all I could do I was so out of shape Icouldnt breath now I am running . Thank you all for your support I couldnt have done it without you all! -
