Today, I feel good. Getting up & down seemed to be the worst esp.with our mattress,boxspring on the floor. I feel good esp with the gas leaving.That was the pain I had. I'm having a good milkshake with protein now(yummy).

I just got home a few min, ago. Surg, was yesterday. THE GAS=WOW!!! It was hard to pass,and I was walking last night.I'm better since my loose stools. I'm on a full liquid diet which I thought was strange.

Hang in their girl I struggled too. chewing gum helped me a lot this week. I went out to eat with my family at a china buffet,I had jello pudding and broth,ice cream.it was hard to see my other past choices. It was also interesting to see the many plates people were filling up around me. Your on the right path. I get sleeved tomorrow Deb -

My sleeve is getting done Dec 16th. I took Taco Bells pinto's ,cheese and added sour cream and used the magic bulled it was good. Next time ill add extra mild sause. God bless your surgery and "the new you" -
