Have 4 kids ,20,16.12 and 6 been over weight since my first son 20 years ago. tried every thing nothing worked lost and gained back even more, personal trainers you name it. Also gained during pregnancies and did not loose all. This was not an easy dicision for me but I would like to be happy for me,so here I go.
