Hello. I wish I had learned about the lap band years ago. I am 69 years old today and my surgery date is Nov. 21st with Dr. Billly in Ventura, CA. I know I am not the oldest bandster, but I haven't read about others my age. I'm wondering how they did. I'm expecting the weight might come off a little slower that for the young folks, but I really plan to have a much better quality of life by 70th.
