  1. when i have stuck HONESTLY with it, i have always lost weight on low carb diets. even with a bit of higher fat level. if i cheated here or there, of course it didnt work. sweets always did me in, in the end.

    alot of protein shakes that have >25g of protein and also the unflavored protein powder you can add to broth to raise protein amount at least. maybe add some tuna or cottage cheese or greek yogurt(twice protein of regular yogurt) with tiny bit of honey if you like those things.

    which multi-vitamin do you take?

    i take flinstones complete chewables. looked at the listings and looked pretty complete for adults, even had 100% iron which i was told is important for the multivitamin.

    congrats! shopping for new clothes i think will be one of the best motivators for the rough times hehe. cute clothes works wonders.
  6. if its left side, i think its expected and walking is the main cure. but seems youre walking already. but i am just banded and barely had the left shoulder pain yet, started getting it yesterday. good luck with it. hope it fades quick.

    my day was 10-25. maybe having a bit easier, but i was drinking broth, 10ml at a time, but keeping it down at the hospital. i didnt like plain broth, but i love ramen noodle so i just add hot Water to the broth mix or fix the noodles and strain those which my hubby eats and i drink the broth. maybe a thinner shake like ensure would be easier then powders? some Protein is better then none. and powder can get chalky. hope things get better. just try to be positive! attitude is huge factor i think. goodluck!

    no whining yet. havent even wanted ice cream yet. so far i drink the broth from ramen noodles and my hubby eats the noodles. lucky him lol. and also myoplex 42 g Protein shakes. as much as i can handle. usually getting 1.5 a day so far. and for dieting, guys usually have it easier! maybe if youre grumpy, youre not having it so easy tho! whats healthier if youre not happy, lol.

Starting at 315, final goal is to lose half of me. yay \o/ hope everyone is having a spooky halloween any tips for the first few weeks? already hungry, and didnt expect that for a few weeks. keeping good with only broth, Water and Protein shakes.
