well i have been kicking ass these past five days! i found a new mountain trail that i have been jogging/walking and i love it. i went to the pinnicles with my kids yesterday...a 4 hour hike through caves and up mountains. it was great. today i went to the lake and went swimming. i havent been this active since i was 20! having a great time feeling young again! love this sleeve!!!
