Thin most of life until middle age, three kids, spouse with mental health issues sent me to food for comfort.  Gained 10 lbs per year for 10 years. Repeated dieting failures sent me to lap band; insurance would not pay so I am on the payment plan.  Initially lost 40+ pounds but have been plateaued for six months.  Gained back 10 lbs, so recently had a fill, and believe it is too tight.  have a bile taste in my mouth constantly; esopogus and digestive system make so much noise it keeps me awake at night.  Trying to slog through this, but struggling.  Really not physically hungry, but the mental hunger is huge.  how to get my head back in the right place???
