Thanks O.T.R, I feel great at 156 and people seems to think so including my doc so I am staying there, all labs are on point so I don't mind it. Hopefully it will be your problem too -

I am 5'7, size 4, My doctor goal was 156 which is a normal BMI but I went to 148 just so I can have the range for holidays, lazy days etc.. But I admit I look sick. I am a pear shape. So I am determined to be at 154-156. I looked good there. -

Unbelievable but true! I am one of those sleevers trying to gain weight. My boyfriend told me I look like a crackhead, boy did that hurt? My boss pulled me aside, my family worried sick, now I am doing junk food and mashed potatoes with gravy, ensure etc . I gain 2 lbs , I am aiming for 8-10, that way I can be a size 8 then keep it there. Wish me luck! -
As long you are happy, it's all that matters. I am happy for you. Keep up the good work. In my case, my boyfriend told me I look like a crackhead so now I am trying to gain a 10 lbs. I am too thin! Foreign language to me!

See I think I did the best! Only I and my medical staff knows about my surgery, if someone asks me, I just tell them high protein/ low cal/ low carbs. My incision scars explanation: gallbladder surgery which is true. My doc actually used my old incision for my sleeve. I got no time for ppl hating and getting my blood pressure up.

Mine started about 3-4 months and ended 7-9 months but I took biotin now even my eyebrow seems to go on overload. It's not a big deal really!

I am 9 months out, never have any pain, gas pain or else. I actually walked 3 miles the day after surgery and went back to work 3 days later. My surgeon is a genius. Oh and no drain for me. -

Since I am all skinny, let me see what I have been doing, 1) wearing ****ty clothes with my ass hanging out, no loose skin,2) Go to Victoria secret, was 40DD, now 36D, going out more, actually I asked men out, pictures, pictures , spa is my second home, above all my new nickname, " miss skinny" but Danm I don't want to be conceited but I look hot

If you are clear to take shower, let the warm water washes the slough gently, pat dry, do the dressing and you should be fine. Don't take off the steri strip, monitor for elevated temp and drink your fluids. Make sure your hands are super clean ok before touching your dsg! -
